Dr Amir Hanna

MBBCh, AMCC, FRANZCOG

Following graduation in Medicine in 1984, Dr Hanna spent 10 years training in different sub-specialities of General Surgery and Urology including one year at The Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton UK.

Dr Hanna completed the Obstetrics & Gynaecology training programme at Royal North Shore Hospital and affiliated hospitals in 2002.

He has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) since 2003.

In 2001 Dr Hanna was awarded a scholarship and completed the advanced laparoscopic course conducted by Professor Alan Lam at North Shore Private Hospital. Dr Hanna has advanced laparoscopic skills, performing complex minimally invasive surgery since 2001.

In 2003 Dr Hanna commenced his specialist practice in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Since then he has earned a reputation for his kind and compassionate care complemented by his expertise and knowledge built over many years of experience.
